Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez admits he’s already tired at Copa America

 Arsenal legend worried £130k-a-week star will leave club after Prem disappointment


Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez has admitted he is already tired at the Copa America.

The 27-year-old played as Chile lost 2-1 to Argentina in their first group game, meaning they face an uphill battle to qualify for the knockout phase.

With Gunners fans already worried about the winger’s fitness given his inability to ever stop playing football, this won’t be welcome news.

‘I’m tired,’ said the former Barcelona star.
‘I could not sleep after the match with Argentina. It was demanding.
‘I hope to recover and get my enthusiasm back in the game against Bolivia.
‘I hate to lose, even to Argentina, who are a world power. I think about the game [all night]. I only slept for about four hours.’

With the North Londoners looking to improve on their second-placed Premier League finish next season, supporters will have to hope that Sanchez at least gets a little rest before the new campaign begins.
